1. Who we are

HeyPubli is a creator platform operated by ULINC UNICO GROUP LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 11197856, trading as HeyPubli. Our registered office is 483 Green Lanes, London, England, N13 4BS. We are the data controller for the information described below.

We post AI generated video content to creators' Instagram accounts and pay commission on sales made through their affiliate links. If you have any question about your data, write to hello@heypubli.com.

2. What we collect and where it comes from

• Your contact details: first name, last name, email address and mobile or WhatsApp number. You give these to us on a Facebook or Instagram lead form, or on our signup form at heypubli.com.
• Your Instagram account: your username, account type and basic profile data, but only if you choose to connect your account. We never receive or store your Instagram password.
• Your content preferences, so what we post suits your audience.
• Sales made through your affiliate link, so we can calculate and pay your commission.
• Messages you send us on WhatsApp, SMS or email.

3. Why we use it

• To contact you about joining the creator programme and to help you set up.
• To send you an invitation to our private community and to give you access to it.
• To publish content to your Instagram account, once you have connected it.
• To track sales through your affiliate link and pay your commission.
• To answer you when you reply to us.

We rely on your consent for marketing messages, and on our legitimate interest in running the platform for everything else. Where you have entered into an agreement with us, we also process data to perform that agreement.

4. Messages you will receive

If you give us your number, we will contact you on WhatsApp, SMS and email about joining and using HeyPubli. This is a small number of messages, not a daily newsletter.

You can stop the messages at any time by replying STOP to any WhatsApp or SMS message, or by emailing us. We act on that immediately and it is permanent unless you ask us to start again.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the services that make the platform work:

• Meta (Facebook and Instagram), for the lead form you filled in and for publishing to your account.
• Zapier, which passes your lead form answers to us.
• Twilio, which delivers our WhatsApp and SMS messages.
• Resend, which delivers our emails.
• Skool, which hosts our private community, if you accept an invitation.
• Supabase and Vercel, which host our database and our website.

Some of these providers are based outside the UK and the European Economic Area. Where that is the case, the transfer is covered by the standard contractual clauses those providers publish.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your contact details for as long as you have an account with us, and for up to two years after your last contact with us if you never complete signup. Records of commission and payments are kept for as long as tax law requires. If you ask us to delete your data we do so, apart from anything we are legally required to keep and a minimal record of your opt out, which exists so we do not contact you again by mistake.

7. Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to stop using it for marketing, and object to how we use it. Email hello@heypubli.com and we will answer within one month. If you are in the UK you also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

8. Cookies

We use cookies that are necessary to keep you signed in, and we record which affiliate link a visitor arrived from so that the right creator is credited for a sale. We do not use advertising cookies on this site.

HeyPubli is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Instagram or Meta. We may update this policy, and we will tell you about important changes.
